read more +We had the pleasure of working alongside our long standing development partner Steadfast Collective who managed the client relationship and development of the website. For us, the brief was simple; update the digital style, but once underway, we discovered the website struggled with a clear ‘path to purchase/donate’ and overall UX. We led Be One Percent on a simple UX design journey to establish page structure and flow which guided the new designs. We also took the opportunity to advise on a robust strategy for their discoverability online.
Our happy moment; hearing the client team say their organic traffic had increased 194.47%, new users increased by 206% and bounce rate had reduced 58%.
