About time hey! After launching on 17th September, working hard and trying to build ourselves, we neglected a very important matter. Becoming a fully-fledged member of BIMA, the community of communities.
For those of you not overly sure who BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) are, here’s a little overview:
BIMA is the hub for the UK’s digital community. They are drivers of innovation and excellence across the industry. BIMA brings the industry together to build connections, delivering thought leadership, recognising excellence and driving real change.
Our Director, Jacob Dilley, has already been sitting on the BIMA South Council, although only as an adviser until now. Now we can make an impact in our community and across the industry with the energy of the hundreds of other agencies and members behind us.
We wanted to get involved with BIMA as we relate very closely with their values. Their dedication to drive innovation and, particularly, excellence across the digital industry is a key connector for us. As we grow, we are on a mission to support new, up-and-coming talent, encouraging learning and growing leaders – something BIMA also strives for.
They do this by:
- Hosting a range of councils and think tanks that inform thinking, promote inclusiveness and prepare the industry for the future.
- Planning and presenting numerous events for leaders to contribute, others to learn and, altogether, network to build lasting relationships.
- Supporting businesses in growing their network, proudly talking about their members, leading talent initiatives and much more.
You can find out more about BIMA by visiting their website.
We’re proud to be a part of the movement.
